Sailor, pages 3 and 4

3-s-pages-3-4

Excerpt:

“At the age of 14, Malan was sent to nearby Stellenbosch in order to further                                           his education. He became a pupil at Victoria College, which was later renamed                                 Paul Roos Gymnasium. Whilst there, the legendary rector and future Springbok                             rugby captain, took the young Adolph Malan under his wing. Although                                                   his stay at Victoria College was brief, Malan learned very important life lessons                             there.”
