I’ve always had a weight problem. When I was at the epitome of my obesity, I weighed 180 kilograms. After years of failed diets and exercising regimes and resurgences of eating disorders, I got up one morning and staggered down the road, putting one foot in front of another as fast as possible. I think I only did about 1 kilometer that morning. From then on, day after day for the next six months I didn’t go 24-hours without exercising at least once. I managed to get my weight down to 75 kilograms within 9 months. It was. I used this exercising- theme and mindset for a VCD-4 graphic design project in 2012.
